This course introduces the basis for success with all aspects of meditation. With careful guidance, you will quickly learn to connect to a deep sense of inner stillness and our bodies’ natural healing capacity.
We will blend guided meditations with profound quiescent meditation.
During the profound quiescent meditation, there will be a vibrational resonance being emitted into the environment. While the transmission is stronger in direct presence, students have said that via Zoom meetings it is still quite strong and tangible.
