woman treatmentThe MQP Program is a 200 hour Certificate program. Students are first taught Medical Qigong exercises that are designed to heal the body, calm the mind, and connect with spirit. Students then go on to learn the foundational Medical Qigong qi emission protocols used to restore balance and remediate disharmony in clients.  As the program progresses, students learn advanced theories of energy purgation, tonification, regulation and cultivation, as well as advanced theories and protocols.  This highly experiential training takes place in person at our Tennessee training facility. In between seminars you will have access to online resources, recordings and videos to help you master the material.

Students graduate from the MQP program with a very strong foundation in Medical Qigong.  At the completion of this program, students are able to work with a wide variety of client issues.

Exams within this program will include written, oral, and practical examinations plus skillset competencies.  There are also Additional Requirements for this program that are to be completed outside of class. This program is designed to be completed within one year.  Students who are unable to complete the requirements within the year of enrollment have an additional 12 months after their last Seminar to complete any program requirements. At the end of that time, students wishing to return for training or to submit Additional Requirements will need to file for an Extension or will consider to be withdrawn from the Program.

For detailed information on class content and requirements, please visit MQP Curricula.

There are no prerequisites for this primary level certification.

"The body is the habitation of spirit (shen) and qi. As long as spirit and qi are there, the body is healthy and strong. As soon as spirit and qi scatter, the body dies. Therefore, if you wish to preserve yourself whole, first calm spirit and qi. Understand: qi is the mother of spirit; spirit is the son of qi. Only when qi and spirit are together can you live long and not die."

Our programs are designed to cater to the needs of international professionals who may not live near our training center.  All of our trainings are held in the format of Intensive Seminars.  Seminars are usually 5 days long, and each program consists of five of these seminars, spread out over the course of a year. This schedule gives students from all over the world the chance to train with us and experience a depth of training that is not to be found anywhere else.
