IMQC Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.medicalqigong.org website and operated by the International Medical Qigong College("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Applications and Registrations

If you wish to Apply to our programs or trainings, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, name, email address, IP address, physical address or other location identifier, photos, as well as some sensitive personal data obtained with prior consent. Information collected in the application process must be true and accurate. If it is not, the student may be dismissed from the IMQC.

An Application Fee or Deposit is required in order to apply to any of our programs.  This Application Fee is non-refundable for any reason.  It covers the cost of processing your application, even if you decide not to attend, or it is discovered that you do not meet admission criteria.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by International Medical Qigong College.

International Medical Qigong College has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that International Medical Qigong College shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Refund Policy

The following conditions are eligible for refunds:

  • Voluntary withdrawal of the student or death of the student.
  • Cancellation of a Seminar by the IMQC. 

Students administratively dismissed WILL NOT be eligible for refunds. 

Calculation of Refunds 

1) Full Refund

  1. 100% of fees will be refunded for classes canceled by the IMQC. 
  2. 100% of tuition will be refunded for drops or withdrawals prior to the first official day of a Seminar. 

2) Partial Refund

If a student withdraws, drops out, is expelled, or otherwise fails to attend classes

  1. Within the first 10% of the Seminar hours, a refund of 75% of tuition may be allowed.
  2. Between 10-25% of the Seminar hours, a refund of 25% of tuition is allowed.
  3. There are no refunds after 25% of the Seminar hours have been completed.

Notice of Nondiscrimination Policy as to Students

The IMQC admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and
activities general accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race,
color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan
programs, and athletic and other school administered programs.
